As the Co-Founder and Partnership Director of CLO100, I have dedicated my career to merging a passion for people development with an entrepreneurial drive to elevate our industry. My journey has been defined by a singular belief: that for L&D to truly drive organizational success, its leaders must have access to the same level of professional recognition and academic rigour as their peers in Finance or Operations.
This vision led to the evolution of CLO100 into the Professional Body for Learning Leaders. By establishing a "Home for Learning Leaders," we have moved beyond simple training to provide a formal pathway for L&D professionals to become strategic business partners. Through our partnership with Leeds University Business School, I am proud to help provide the executive-level credentials and AI-first strategies that are essential in today’s complex corporate landscape.
