First and foremost I'm a wife and a proud mum to my amazing neurodivergent daughter, who inspires me everyday with her courage, determination and reminder to keep life in balance.
I'm a sister, daughter, mad doodle mama and crazy auntie, so my family are my world.
With a 40+ year history of client and team development, nurturing and coaching, senior leadership, business and infrastructure creation - I'm passionate about the "people" aspect in all we do.
I'm firm believer in empowering those around me to be the best they can be.
I'm old enough to have been through the glass ceiling, the 80’s “yuppie” period, the 90’s aggressive sale environments and stood by my values.
As Managing Director at Accentua Group Ltd, my leadership ethos is rooted in integrity and respect, mirrored in our client interactions and internal team dynamics.
In collaboration with my team, we embody a consultant-led approach, immersing ourselves in understanding client needs and business hurdles, thereby crafting tailor-made language solutions. At the end of it, we are all human, trying to do the best we can do on a daily basis.
The global pandemic has only re enforced this for me personally and us as a company.
