Over the course of more than 30 years in the field, he has benefitted from being immersed in a rich milieu of working environments ranging from medical software through Indigenous governments and military aviation to automotive engineering.
He is the owner and founder of 2Sphynx Innovations, an L&D consultancy serving the public and private sectors in Canada and the US. Mark holds certificates in adult training and development (University of Toronto) and human resources management (Seneca Polytechnic); a diploma in graphic communications (Canadore College); and a master’s degree in learning and technology (Royal Roads University).
