Description

Are you doubting yourself, feeling anxious, or battling a negative mindset? Imposter syndrome can quietly undermine your confidence and hold you back, but imagine if you could transform it into your secret superpower.

In this empowering and interactive session, Pinky Ghadiali guides you through practical ways to shift your mindset from self-doubt to unshakeable confidence. You’ll discover strategies that go beyond traditional coaching and temporary fixes, giving you lasting tools to thrive.

Why make the shift?

Many self-employed L&D professionals struggle with imposter syndrome, often confusing it with regular self-doubt. Relying on standard coping strategies or typical self-help might give temporary relief but rarely address the underlying issues.

In this session we’ll be digging into:

  • Uncover and silence the negative inner critic that’s been holding you back.
  • Build authentic, lasting confidence to make better decisions and stay consistently motivated.
  • Create a clear, values-driven strategy to achieve the results you truly desire.

What you’ll get out of it:

This interactive webinar will give you practical insights and actionable techniques to manage your mindset effectively. You’ll move from feeling limited to taking powerful, confident actions, establishing a strong foundation for your personal and professional growth.

Who should attend?

Anyone in L&D who has felt they don’t belong, struggles with self-confidence, or regularly questions if they are “enough.”
