The World of Learning Summit, provides attendees with a dedicated conference and exhibition “to learn as well as explore new products and services that are available to support L&D”.
L&D Free Spirits is excited to announce our participation in the upcoming World of Learning Summit in London, on 4th and 5th February 2025. We’re offering an opportunity for one of our members to join us on our stand and showcase their own brand in the L&D space!
This opportunity includes the exhibition space free of charge – a valuable benefit of being an L&D Free Spirits member. It’s a fantastic way to gain exposure, speak to potential clients, connect with industry professionals, and strengthen your professional profile.
As a selected exhibitor, you’ll have access to:
- Cost-free exhibition space: Showcase your brand without covering the stand costs – a benefit exclusive to members!
- High-quality networking: Engage directly with attendees, industry leaders, and potential clients.
- Exhibition space: Share the L&D Free Spirit space and showcase your services with a dedicated banner (up to 900mm wide which you must provide).
- Professional development: See the exhibition with new eyes as an exhibitor with the support from the L&D Free Spirits team. Have deeper conversations with other exhibitors, peers and clients.
Application Process
To ensure a fair selection, please review the following application timeline and requirements.
Key Dates:
- 1 December 2024: Application portal opens. Submit your interest via the form which will be emailed on 1 December.
- 31 December 2024: Application deadline. All interest forms must be received by this date.
- 6 January 2025: Shortlisting of candidates by L&D Free Spirits, they will receive an email confirming if they have been shortlisted.
- 13 January 2025: Shortlisted candidates present to our panel of Wizards (judges). Candidates will have a 10-minute time slot.
- 15 January 2025: Announcement of the selected exhibitor.
Requirements:
- Current membership: Applicants must be active members of L&D Free Spirits.
- Commitment to stand time: The selected member must be available to represent themselves and our brand on the exhibition stand for both summit days. They may take brief breaks for refreshments or restroom needs, but the stand must be attended at all times.
- Display space: Successful applicants may bring one banner (maximum width of 900mm) to present their company. You must be able to put up your stand the day before the expo on 3 February.
- Social media: The successful candidate must commit to posting on LinkedIn and other social media platforms if applicable a minimum of three times promoting they are exhibiting alongside L&D Free Spirits as part of their member benefits and tag L&D Free Spirits and World of Learning.
